Veterinarians
Kim Retchloff, DVM
Owner
I started Tender Heart Animal Clinic in January of 2006 in Springfield, Missouri. After outgrowing our original location, we made a move to Rogersville in the summer of 2008. We have continued to grow and improve.
I received my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. I graduated with my undergraduate degrees in Biological Sciences and Zoology from Colorado State University.
My family has always been my biggest supporters and a huge part of Tender Heart Animal Clinic. My favorite thing to do when not at the clinic is to spend time with my husband, Barry, and my kids, Dexten and Tiya. They are my pride and joy. As a family, we enjoy spending time with our array of animals, from the cattle to the exotics. We spend most of our time outdoors, working cattle, hiking, working on our endless projects, playing a friendly game of basketball. There is never a dull moment!
Camille Webb-Blaski, DVM
Dr. Camille joined the Tender Heart team in June 2019 after graduating from veterinary school at Kansas State University in May.
She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2013 at Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas.
She met her husband, Chris, in Emporia while completing her undergraduate degree. They share their home with their son, Sebastian, and their four-legged children, Kuba, Enzo and Salem.
While away from work, Dr. Camille loves to read, go hiking and spend time at the lake. She also enjoys watching her favorite sports teams, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals.

Christiane Jones
Receptionist
I began my veterinary career in 2003 as a part-time receptionist for Rogersville Animal Hospital. I remained with the practice in 2008 when it was purchased by Dr. Retchloff and became Tender Heart Animal Clinic. I enjoy working at the front desk and taking an active role in client relations. When away from the clinic, I love spending time with my husband of nearly 30 years and our beautiful daughter. Our home is filled with all sorts of furry companions and my greatest joy is spending time with my exotics. Each and every day is an adventure!
Andie Borgerding

I joined THAC in spring of 2021. I have years of experience in animal husbandry and care, and was a former veterinary technician before returning to the field at Tender Heart as a receptionist. My husband and I have a cat-loving daughter, and we share our home with a few furry friends. We have three dogs: Garrus, Hamish & Ranga, and one feisty feline Pixel. In my free time I enjoy playing video games, listening to music and taking photos.
