Veterinarians

Kim Retchloff, DVM

Owner

I started Tender Heart Animal Clinic in January of 2006 in Springfield, Missouri. After outgrowing our original location, we made a move to Rogersville in the summer of 2008. We have continued to grow and improve.

I received my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. I graduated with my undergraduate degrees in Biological Sciences and Zoology from Colorado State University.

My family has always been my biggest supporters and a huge part of Tender Heart Animal Clinic. My favorite thing to do when not at the clinic is to spend time with my husband, Barry, and my kids, Dexten and Tiya. They are my pride and joy. As a family, we enjoy spending time with our array of animals, from the cattle to the exotics. We spend most of our time outdoors, working cattle, hiking, working on our endless projects, playing a friendly game of basketball. There is never a dull moment!

Camille Webb-Blaski, DVM

Dr. Camille joined the Tender Heart team in June 2019 after graduating from veterinary school at Kansas State University in May.

She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2013 at Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas.

She met her husband, Chris, in Emporia while completing her undergraduate degree. They share their home with their son, Sebastian, and their four-legged children, Kuba, Enzo and Salem.

While away from work, Dr. Camille loves to read, go hiking and spend time at the lake. She also enjoys watching her favorite sports teams, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals.

Management Staff

Tracy Thessing

Practice Manager

I joined the Tender Heart team in January 2021. I had recently moved to Rogersville after living in Colorado most of my life and had just “retired” from working as the Director of Animal Collections at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo for almost 30 years.

I have gone from living in a little mountain town to living in a semi-rural farm town, and I absolutely love it! I share my homestead with my husband, Chris, the best-black-lab-in-the-whole-world, Annie, and lots of chickens! I enjoy being able to have a real garden, all four seasons, and love all the rivers & all the hardwood trees.

In my free time, I enjoy baking, gardening, fishing, being on the water, horseback riding, exploring Missouri – anything outdoors! And of course, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family & friends!
