Veterinarians

Kim Retchloff, DVM

Veterinarian/Practice Owner/Manager

I started Tender Heart Animal Clinic in January of 2006 in Springfield, Missouri. After outgrowing our original location, we made a move to Rogersville in the summer of 2008. We have continued to grow and improve.

I received my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. I graduated with my undergraduate degrees in Biological Sciences and Zoology from Colorado State University.

My family has always been my biggest supporters and a huge part of Tender Heart Animal Clinic. My favorite thing to do when not at the clinic is to spend time with my husband, Barry, and my kids, Dexten and Tiya. They are my pride and joy. As a family, we enjoy spending time with our array of animals, from the cattle to the exotics. We spend most of our time outdoors, working cattle, hiking, working on our endless projects, playing a friendly game of basketball. There is never a dull moment!

Dr. Bradley her husband Mayur and family, share their home with 2 cats, Wifi and Widget. She is also a horse enthusiast and likes going on trail rides with her horse Rimrock.

Reception Staff

Christiane

Receptionist

I began my veterinary career in 2003 as a part-time receptionist for Rogersville Animal Hospital. I remained with the practice in 2008 when it was purchased by Dr. Retchloff and became Tender Heart Animal Clinic. I enjoy working at the front desk and taking an active role in client relations. When away from the clinic, I love spending time with my husband of nearly 30 years and our beautiful daughter. Our home is filled with all sorts of furry companions and my greatest joy is spending time with my exotics. Each and every day is an adventure!

Lexie

Receptionist

I began working at Tender Heart Animal Clinic in March of 2023, though this is my first venture into Veterinary medicine- I have always been an animal lover. I have a soft spot for black cats and pit bulls. I also believe every animal deserves to be loved and spoiled, no matter how short their time with us may be. I have enjoyed learning more about the field and becoming a more knowledgeable pet parent and in doing so, I feel more confident in my pursuit to give them what they need to live their best lives.

Kennel Staff

Becky

Kennel Manager

Becky began working as a kennel technician at Tender Heart in March 2016. Since that time, she has taken the helm as Kennel Manager and keeps our boarding pets happy and healthy! Becky shares her home with two very spoiled dachshunds and four precocious cats.

Rachael

I began my work as a kennel tech September 2024, after a summer of looking for a career where I can share my love for animals. I love every dog and cat as if they were my own and offer as much love as I can while they’re in my care. I have two cats (a Maine coon & a chunky black cat) and two dogs (lab/hound mix & German shepherd). If there was a way to truly tell you how much I love every fur baby I meet, I would. So instead, I hope to show you!
